How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders shipping within the United States will ship via USPS. Transit times do not include the ship date. You should receive your package within 4- 7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the distance of the shipping address.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders cannot be canceled after the order has been placed. If you wish to return the item once you receive it then you would follow the guidelines of our return policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To be eligible for a return, it must first be approved by Bullyfitness.Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact Support@broadstbullyfitness.com

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. You can enter this order number at any time on the track order page.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal

What do I do if I have a damaged or defective product?

We take pride in all of our products. If you believe your product is damaged or defective, please contact us and include the following information:

  • Order number associated with your purchase of the damaged item
  • Photos showing the damage
  • Product name, size, and colorway
  • Any details regarding how the issue occurred. If you received the item in damaged condition, please let us know.

A team member will follow up with you as soon as possible to help make it right. 

How do I care for my Bullyfitness products?

Please refer to the individual care instructions provided on your Bullyfitness clothing. Care instructions will vary depending on material and type of clothing. To prevent printed graphics and embroidery from damage, wash and iron your bully fitness clothing inside out.

Is there a maximum unit purchase on a single item?

There is not a maximum unit purchase. If you place an order for a large quantity of a particular product there may be an extended wait time on shipping the order.

Can I request a color that is not listed on the website?

Yes, you can submit a request to Support@broadstbullyfitness.com for a specific color of your desire and we will confirm via e-mail if we can complete the request.
